• Our prices are for 2 people per night. The price does not include the local tax of €2.10 per day and person (from 14 years of age), which is calculated separately on site.

• Minimum stay: 4 nights (short stays are possible by arrangement and for an extra charge of 10% of the total amount)

• Additional persons and children:
  Children under 3 years: free of charge
  Children from 3 to 8 years: €15 per night
  Children from 9 to 13 years: €25 per night
  Children/additional persons aged 14 and over: €35 per night

• Extra beds: on request and at an extra charge

• Dogs (only on request): €20.00 per day/dog without food. Please bring your own food and water bowls and a dog bed. We ask for your understanding that, out of consideration for allergy sufferers, dogs are not allowed in all apartments.

Deposit and payment

Your reservation is binding as soon as we have received the deposit (30% of the total amount). We will provide you with our bank details when we confirm your booking.

You can pay the bill on the day before departure or on the day of departure during reception hours. We accept cash (up to €1,999.99), EC cards or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

Arrival and departure

You can arrive between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. On the day of departure, you can stay in your apartment until 9:00 a.m. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please call us. You will receive the room card upon arrival, which will allow you to enter the house independently at any time.

The unexpected can happen. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover the costs in the event of cancellation. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit. In the event of a short-term cancellation, we will charge as follows:

• up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the deposit will be retained.

• 7 days or less before arrival or in the event of no-show: 100% of the deposit will be withheld.

• In the event of early departure: 100% of the room rate will be charged.
