Apartments & Prices
Nature enters the room, settles in, enjoys the view and creates a cosy home from home –
your holiday home.
It is the rustic reclaimed wood, the cosy fabrics and special touches that make our 2025 newly built apartments a fine place of well-being.

Our apartments are bookable for minimum 2 persons. The local tax of €2.70 per day and person (from 14 years of age) is not included in the price and is calculated separately on site.

Minimum stay: 4 nights (short stays are possible by arrangement and for an extra charge of 10% of the total amount).

Children under 3 years: free of charge

Children from 3 to 8 years: 15 € per night

Children from 9 to 13 years: 25 € per night

Children/adults from 14 years: 35 € per night

From 7 nights: 5 % discount on the total amount

Arrival and departure

You can arrive between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. On the day of departure, you can stay in your apartment until 9 a.m. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please give us a call. Upon arrival, you will receive a room card, which you can use to access the building at any time.

Deposit and payment
Your reservation is considered binding as soon as we have received the deposit (30% of the total amount). We will provide you with our bank details when we confirm your booking. -
You can settle the bill the day before departure or on the day of departure. We accept cash (up to €1,999.99), EC cards or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

The unexpected can happen. That is why we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover the costs in the event of cancellation. For cancellations up to 90 days prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit paid. For last-minute cancellations, we charge as follows:
For cancellations within 90 days prior to arrival, we charge 30% of the booking price.
For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, we charge 60% of the booking price.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 100% of the booking price.
